Attention All Previous Scholars!

We hope you’ve been working on your application to renew your Carson Scholar status! The postmark deadline for previous scholar applications is January 10, 2011. If you have not received your application in the mail, please update your contact information with us! You can download the application online by clicking here.

The application must include:

1.  2011 Previous Carson Scholar Application Sheet (must be fully completed with all information and signatures). Your application must be signed by you, your parent/guardian, and your school principal!

2.  Official Fall 2010 report card. You must have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.75 or above on a 4.0 scale in the combined academic subjects: English/Reading/Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Foreign Languages.

3.  Bulleted list of 2010 community service activities

4.  Bulleted list of 2010 extracurricular activities 

5. Recent photo, non-returnable, that is a clear 3”x 5” or 4”x 6” headshot or school photograph. Photos may also be e-mailed to photos@carsonscholars.org.
