Alumni Volunteer Day - MLK Day of Service
Every year, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is celebrated with a national day of service. This year, the Carson Scholars Fund will be holding an alumni volunteering day on January 16th, 2012 to celebrate the MLK Day of Service and encourage our alumni to continue to give back to their communities and stay up-to-date on the latest news from the CSF.
January 16th falls right in the middle of our busy season for processing and scoring applications. If you volunteer with us on that day, you will get to help us with various aspects of the application scoring process – giving you an insider's peek into just how you were chosen as a Carson Scholar.
This day of service will happen at our Towson, MD office. The full address is below. Alumni volunteers are welcome any time on the 16th, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
