Students at Johnsonburg Area Elementary finished this mural for their Ben Carson Reading Room in the fall.
The Johnsonburg Area Elementary Ben Carson Reading Room opened April 30, 2012. It is the second of its kind to be built in Pennsylvania.
The school held a ceremony to unveil its new reading room, sponsored by Domtar. The room provides a bright and cheerful environment for students to become engrossed in a book with its vibrant colors and fun decor.
Domtar representatives Lewis Fix, Vice President of Brand Management and Sustainable Product Development, and Tom Detwiler, Vice President and Domtar Mill Manager, were on hand to witness the ribbon cutting and ceremony.
