Villa Cresta Villa Cresta Elementary School The Villa Cresta Reading Room sponsored by Black & Decker was opened on November 8, 2005.This was the first school to host a full school assembly for local dignataries, community parents and students. The 2007-2008 school year was very successful for the Ben Carson Reading Room at Villa Cresta Elementary School. This year, over 73 students were able to reach Level 10, the highest reading level possible. In order to achieve this goal, each student was required to read for a minimum of 5,000 minutes. To reward their accomplishments, the students were treated to an outdoor Pizza Party.
