Ways You Can Volunteer:
Office Volunteers Help is needed with general office work such as filing and data entry.
Application Judges During the application process for the scholar awards various volunteers are needed to help with the judging and the compilation of the scholarship entries. A rubric system is used. This process period is during the months of February/March.
Ambassador Program Use your talents and skills to become a vital part of the Carson Scholars Fund by serving as a Carson Scholar Fund Ambassador. As an Ambassador, you will meet interesting people, be involved with exciting events, fundraise, and help to further the CSF mission. There are no specific qualifications. You just need to be dedicated to the mission of rewarding talented American youth and feel a sense of pride in your work to support us. This is a perfect opportunity for those who would like to volunteer but do not have the time to make a regular volunteer commitment. September 27th through October 8th
Volunteers are needed from Monday through Friday of these weeks to process payout request forms to Scholar Alumni. Our staff will be on hand to work with volunteers from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please do not feel obligated to commit to whole days or weeks. We are more than appreciative of any help you can spare, and in whatever amount works for you and/or your group.
October 11th through October 22nd
Volunteers are needed from Monday through Thursday of these weeks to process Scholar Applications for Renewed Status. Our staff will be on hand to work with volunteers from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please do not feel obligated to commit to whole days or weeks. We are more than appreciative of any help you can spare, and in whatever amount works for you and/or your group.
October 25th through November 5th
Volunteers are needed from Monday through Thursday of these weeks, as well as Saturday, October 23rd and Saturday October 30th, to process Applications for New Students. Our staff will be on hand to work with volunteers from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please do not feel obligated to commit to whole days or weeks. We are more than appreciative of any help you can spare, and in whatever amount works for you and/or your group.
