Julia is a 2022 Carson Scholar. Currently, she is pursuing a combined master’s degree in international business and a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in Spanish at the University of Florida. A natural storyteller and mentor, Julia has led and supported others through roles in student leadership, client services, fitness instruction and ambassador programming. She also launched The Joy Project with Julia, which is a podcast centered on authenticity, connection and encouraging others to seek and spread joy. Julia shared her most valuable mantra for success with us: “J.O.Y., to me, stands for ‘Just Own Yourself’. Once you embrace what makes you unique, only then can you experience life’s fullness.”
