Carson Scholars Fund Announces Appointment of Two New Vice Presidents
Towson, MD – The Carson Scholars Fund (CSF) proudly announces the appointment of Ryan Miller and Tony Rose as co-vice presidents of the organization. These leadership additions reflect the Carson Scholars Fund’s continued growth and commitment to advancing its educational initiatives.
Dr. Benjamin and Mrs. Candy Carson, co-founders of the organization, reflect, “It is incredibly rewarding to see the on-going expansion of the Carson Scholars Fund these past 30 years. We are grateful to have such talented and purpose-driven professionals join our leadership team. Ryan and Tony’s dedication to empowering students and strengthening communities aligns deeply with our mission and we look forward to the meaningful impact they will continue to make in the lives of the students we serve.”
Ryan Miller has been an active member of the CSF Board of Directors since 2020. He is senior vice president at CBRE and an active member of several personal and professional communities. Ryan co-leads the CSF Annual Maryland Charity Golf Outing. “I am deeply honored by the trust and confidence the Board has placed in me through this appointment. The Carson Scholars Fund has been an organization I have admired and supported for many years, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside such dedicated leaders as we continue investing in the next generation of scholars, leaders, and community advocates. I look forward to helping expand our impact and ensuring even more students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential” said Ryan.
Tony Rose has been engaged with the CSF Board of Directors since 2022 but an active CSF community member since 2013. A recently retired executive, Tony, has been passionate about the CSF mission and has established six endowments in support of students in Western Ohio. Tony shared, “I have so much respect for the Carsons and this organization, I can’t help to be compelled to help it grow and make a difference to the scholars and our country as a whole.”
