The Carson Scholars Fund is excited to welcome two distinguished leaders, Andrew Pitcairn and Edward Hayes, to our Board of Directors. Their professional experience, commitment to strengthening future generations and passion will bring tremendous value to our mission.

Edward “Teddy” Hayes is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management and brings extensive experience in wealth management, investment strategy, and family office services. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions with Spouting Rock, Banyan Point, and Barclays, consistently guiding clients. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and twin daughters.

Andrew Pitcairn serves as Family Office Ambassador and a member of the Board of Directors for Pitcairn, a multi-family office and trust company focused on wealth management, governance, and legacy planning services. Widely recognized for his expertise in family council leadership and next-generation engagement, Andrew is also a respected speaker, published author, and trusted advisor dedicated to helping families build lasting foundations for the future. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys riding his Triumph motorcycle through Bucks County, sporting clay shooting, and spending meaningful time with his family and close friends.
