Rusk Elementary gets its own Ben Carson Reading Room

Rusk Elementary, the Pevehouse Family Foundation and the Carson Scholars Fund hosted an assembly and ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday for the school’s brand new Ben Carson Reading Room.
