The Carson Scholars Fund has a significant need for volunteers during the scholarship and awards banquet seasons. Between the months of January and May, we have a variety of projects that we would not be able to successfully work through without the help of our outstanding volunteers. YOU play a vital role in fulfilling our mission of discovering promise and rewarding excellence!

Volunteer opportunities include:

  • Scoring scholarship applications (done remotely)
  • Assembling scholar packs for awards banquets
  • Preparing banquet materials
  • Assembling mailings to distribute materials to scholars and schools

Scholarship application scoring begins in mid-January and concludes mid-February. Projects related to our awards banquets begin in March and run through mid-May, and must be completed in the CSF office in Towson, MD.

If you are interested in volunteering please email CSF Scholarship Director Rachel Brown at rbrown@carsonscholars.org. Thank you again for your support – we can’t wait to work with you this year!
