Students, staff and special guests gathered outside of Fallbrook STEM Academy on Wednesday, February 5th, for an all-school assembly to showcase the opening of their new Think Big reading room. They transformed the back corner of their library into a cozy, outer space-themed reading nook. The walls are filled with spaceship signs and decals while the bookshelves are stocked full of books of different genres for all students to enjoy. The area is distinctively separated from the rest of the library with chic white bookshelves and seating. A quote on one of the bookshelves reads “Think Big and out of this World!” to add to the room’s theme and also keep the students motivated and excited to read. Thanks to the Eleni and Wolfgang Gagon Trust, students at Fallbrook STEM Academy can unlock their full potential through leisure reading.
