2026: Nya is a graduate of Maurice J. McDonough High School in Pomfret, Maryland. Aspiring to become a physician specializing in neurology or pediatrics, she will major in Psychology on a pre-med track and hopes to take part in undergraduate research and study abroad. Her awe of medicine deepened after witnessing her father’s recovery from a serious 2024 injury. In the fall, Nya will attend Howard University to major in Psychology.
