The Palm Beach County Chapter always knew the secret to inspiring a love of reading is to provide young children with access to high-quality, interesting and educational books. For the past 6 years this diverse group consisting of individuals, businesses and foundations has provided opportunities for Palm Beach County Schools to create vibrant, relaxing reading spaces dedicated to promoting leisure reading. What began as one reading room at Allamanda Elementary has blossomed into a network of 24 unique Ben Carson Reading Rooms.
