Recent Accolades

For the 9th straight year Costco Wholesale has committed to supporting 45 Carson Scholarships across the country for the 2011-2012 school season.  Sincere thanks to Costco’s generosity and longstanding commitment to academic excellence.

The Nelson Family Foundation

The Nelson Family Foundation is supporting 10 Carson Scholarships in Indianapolis this year.  The scholars will be honored at a recognition ceremony on November 14, 2011 where they will be joined by their parents, teachers and community leaders. 

CSF is thrilled to announce a grant from The Hearst Foundations for the creation of six Ben Carson Reading Rooms located in Kansas City, Missouri and Texas. These rooms will be the first in their area and will be reading havens located in elementary schools that foster independent reading. 

Dr. and Mrs. Donald Janower

Dr. and Mrs. Donald Janower have made a contribution to honor Dr. Ben Carson’s mom Sonya, with a Ben Carson Reading Room in the historic Enoch Pratt Library in Baltimore.  Dr. Janower was Dr. Carson’s doctor when he was young boy.  What a fitting tribute.
