Windsor Hills

Windsor Hills Elementary School

"Reading is the most important thing....it opens doors" that’s the message being taught by principal, Mrs. Carmen Holmes at Windsor Hills Elementary School in Baltimore City. Adjacent to the cafeteria, students are encouraged to visit the Reading Room upon finishing their lunch. Frequently, the safety patrol can be found reading books to the younger students.

For more information, please contact: Carmen Holmes (410) 396-0595 or cholmes@bcps.k12.md.us

Help support our scholars
and reading rooms.

If not for the Carson Scholars Fund award, I do not know where I would have received money for books. Thank you!
