Current Carson Scholars are defined as students in grades 5-12 who have previously been awarded a Carson Scholarship.
If you are out of high school, please visit our alumni page for information about scholarship payouts, staying in touch and other opportunities and programs for alumni.
Carson Scholar Recognition is an esteemed honor that affirms the prestigious status of Carson Scholars in their pursuit of academic and career goals. Scholars meeting the application requirements will be honored with a special recognition package consisting of a commemorative pin to attach to the ribbon of their medal, a certificate of achievement, and invitation to an awards banquet. Schools will be sent notification of the scholar’s renewed status and will continue to receive a trophy (or nameplate) to recognize the scholars who have been honored with recognition. There is no monetary award connected with the Carson Scholar Recognition program.

One of our biggest challenges as an organization is “lost” scholars. If you move, you must contact us to let us know your new address and phone number – if you don’t tell us, we have no way of knowing! Similarly, if you change your email address, let us know that as well!
If we don’t have your current contact information, you will likely miss receiving important news from us about the organization, deadlines for applying for recognition, and even deadlines for receiving your scholarship payout when you go to college. Don’t let this happen! Call us at 410.828.1005 or email rbrown@carsonscholars.org to tell us about any and all changes.
