I grew up in Bel Air, Maryland. I am currently a rising senior majoring in marketing with a minor in Japanese at Towson University. I’m also honored to be a Carson Scholar, which reflects my commitment to both academic excellence and giving back to my community, something that’s very important to me. Outside of school, I enjoy swimming, reading and spending time with my friends and family, all of which keep me grounded and inspired as I work towards my goals.

August Update: 

My time at the Carson Scholars Fund has been a meaningful experience that allowed me to grow professionally and personally. I had the opportunity to contribute to different projects that have helped me strengthen my writing, communication and organizational skills. I gained valuable insight into how a nonprofit operates and developed a deeper appreciation for the work that goes in to recognizing and supporting student scholars nationwide. I was inspired by the passion and dedication of the team, whose support and guidance made my experience more meaningful. This internship has strengthened my confidence and deepened my passion to contribute to helping others.
