Meet Andrew Preller, a 2025 Carson Scholar who exemplifies motivation, leadership, and a strong commitment to both academics and service.

Andrew is passionate about psychology and has set his sights on one day working in the front office of an NFL team. At school, he is an active leader, contributing to a wide range of activities. He plays on the varsity football team and junior varsity golf team, participates in FCA, One Love Club, Peer Tutoring, and Laker Buddies, and serves his peers through Student Government as a class officer.

In the classroom, Andrew’s achievements are equally impressive. He has been recognized on the Dean’s List and is a proud member of the William Scholar Program. He also serves as a junior leader on the senior retreat, further demonstrating his dedication to mentoring and supporting others.

Outside of school, Andrew gives back to his community through service. He volunteers at Baltimore Station, preparing meals for the homeless, and helps support fundraising efforts on Tunbridge.
