Pimlico Elementary/Middle School in Baltimore, Maryland has moved their Ben Carson Reading Room from a section of the library on the first floor to an entire classroom on the third floor of the school! The new room has been revitalized by the additional space and decorative use of bright colors. The move has created a lot of excitement! The school has reported a renewed interest by the students and faculty, who are thoroughly enjoying the new location of the Ben Carson Reading Room. Sister Dorothy Franz, a long-time volunteer with the Carson Scholars Fund, frequently reads to students at the school and is excited about the transition to the new space. Check back soon for photos of this bigger and better Reading Room!
A special thanks to Allegis for sponsoring this Reading Room and making the dream a reality!
