If you would like your school to receive an application, please have a school official (teacher, counselor, or principal) contact the Carson Scholars Fund. The school official should complete our Application Request Form. Requests from individual students, parents, or other community members cannot be accepted.
The 2026 scholarship season will begin in the fall when application materials and instructions for nominating a student are distributed to schools.
October 15, 2025: nominations open
October 15, 2025: recognized scholar applications open
December 17, 2025 (11:59 P.M. ET): nomination deadline
Schools may assign an earlier deadline for their students; however, all schools must submit their nominations to our organization by December 17, 2025 (11:59 P.M. ET). Check with your school for specific details.
SUNDAY, January 11, 2026 (11:59 P.M. ET): application (including report card) deadline
SUNDAY, January 11, 2026 (11:59 P.M. ET): deadline to receive teacher recommendation letters
March 2026: notification letters mailed to applicants
